My collections reflect a place in time, a culture and sometimes both. Researching sewing and designing techniques inspires me in creating a look. Typically when I do my own show I work on 20 looks that can walk twice...a cover look and a reveal. This creates 40 looks for a runway show. The show is divided into 2 parts: informal/casual and formal/dressy. When working with a boutique or art gallery the break allows time for the business to showcase their items that are for sale/display. I have included 2 shows that I have launched in the past few years. Plans to have the third one ready at the end of this year for 2019.
The Agora Borealis show featured several of my looks. The focus was the turn of the century into the Jazz Age.
